Doors are only locked via padlock. Sprinkler systems seem active and every unit has a light bulb inside (I think). Overall very humble storage location, not a top tier facility.

OTH, they are not outrageously expensive. What they are is clean, safe, accommodating, flexible and helpful. Customer service is top notch! Big plus for me (at least pre-Covid) is they would have occasional “garage sales”.
